中空玻璃生产线功能特点

1、全程PLC控制系统，触摸屏人机界面。

2、自动认别镀膜玻璃和LOW-E玻璃的膜面。

3、第一对毛刷可张开，后两队毛刷可清洗镀膜玻璃和LOW-E玻璃。

4、循环风风加热系统，水加热系统。

5、可加工左、右不等边中空玻璃，配备可调节铝框定位系统。

6、可加工三篇等边中空玻璃。

7、可加工大小片中空玻璃（选装）。（注：可配备私服定位，托起功能系统，此功能为板内和片）

8、自动循环水处理系统（选装）。

9、压片采用中心定位压合方式。
